Development Update For April 14, 2017
Our Team has been working hard to launch the latest updates of SuiteDash. In the recent weeks, we have implemented a few huge new features, that we hope will be beneficial to everyone currently utilizing SuiteDash to run their business and manage their clients and customers. Of course, we are also working to continuously improve and update the existing software, with constant optimization and streamlining.
The first big addition is the new Autoresponders functionality inside Email Marketing, which allows you to setup automatic emails to be sent on a predefined anytime a new subscriber is added to a Marketing List. Another new function is the new QuickBooks Online integration, which allows you to sync any Estimates and Invoices created in SuiteDash with your QuickBooks Online account. Details can be found below, and we also have some updates regarding upcoming SuiteDash features, both in the long and short-term. More info below:
The biggest addition in recent weeks is the new Autoresponders functionality inside Email Marketing. Autoresponders allow you to easily “pre-create” multiple email newsletters, and schedule them for timeframes such as “5 minutes”, “6 hours”, “3 days”, etc. Whenever you add a new subscriber to a Marketing List, the Autoresponders are automatically triggered and sent on the schedule you set. Autoresponders are List-specific, and will send automatically to all new subscribers as soon as you create and save them. Autoresponders are now live all Aspire and Elite customers, so please feel free to provide us with any feedback!
Another exciting new feature added recently is the QuickBooks Online integration. With this new functionality, you are now able to connect your QuickBooks Online account with your SuiteDash, and as a result whenever you create an Estimate or Invoice in SuiteDash (or track a payment), it will automatically be synced/created/logged in your QuickBooks Online dashboard as well. Integrating is as simple as logging in with your QuickBooks Online credentials from the Settings–>Integrations menu, and this functionality is available now for all SuiteDash customers!
We have a new Dashboard layout, design, and functionality coming very soon, which will allow you to set “default” Dashboard layout options for each user role, as well as show/hide individual widgets for each user role. Additionally, we have a new Time Tracking implementation currently up in our development environments, and that will be ready for the live production environment in the near future.
Over The Horizon
Looking further ahead, we are currently in the planning stages of a new client portal layout, which will aim to simplify and streamline the SuiteDash experience from the client point-of-view. We are also working to implement some changes related to CRM permissions, as well as some other smaller improvements in the future.
