Agents: a teammate with a name and a Manager
Add an Agent from your Staff list, right next to Add Staff Member. An Agent is a worker, not a person: it cannot sign in, and it runs only the Skills you assign to it.
Decision Skills: the right Auto-Template, every time
Describe each situation in plain business language and point it at an Auto-Template you already built. The A.I. grades every condition and runs the best match, so the outcome is always something you wrote and approved.
Compose Skills: the right message, in your Voice
Write one instruction, then one situation per line. The Skill writes a secure message to the person the automation is about, in the Voice of the Agent that runs it.
Wingman: nothing sent on a guess
Every run is graded for certainty. You decide how sure the A.I. must be before it acts, and whether a person approves first.
