Cookie Policy

This policy explains how SuiteDash Services, LLC (“SuiteDash”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on suitedash.com, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. The SuiteDash app and the client portals our customers run have their own notices.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website keeps in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work the same way, and this policy covers them too.
Your choices
- In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland, Canada and Brazil, we ask first. Only necessary cookies are used until you choose. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category, and change your mind any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page. We keep your choice for six months, then ask again. If we change the kinds of cookies we use, we ask again sooner.
- In the United States, functional, analytics and advertising cookies are on unless you opt out. Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information at the foot of every page and choose “Opt out of all”, or turn off Analytics and Advertising. We keep your opt-out for at least 12 months and do not ask you to opt back in during that time.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as the same opt-out: Analytics and Advertising are switched off, and we keep that choice for at least 12 months, even if the signal later stops. If you later turn them on yourself in your privacy choices, we follow your choice. We never turn them back on by default.
- Everywhere else, optional cookies are on, and you can turn them off from your cookie settings.
- Everywhere, you can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Some parts of the site may not work without necessary cookies.
Records of your choices
When you make a choice in the cookie banner or your cookie settings, or when we apply a Global Privacy Control opt-out, we keep a record of it: a random consent ID (also kept in your browser), the date and time, the categories you chose, the version of the banner and of this policy, and your region (a country group and country code). We do not record your IP address in this log. We keep each record for 3 years from its date, then delete it automatically.
Partner referrals
If you arrive through a referral link from one of our partners and have not allowed Advertising cookies, or have opted out of them, no FirstPromoter cookie is set. The partner’s referral code travels in the page address to our free-trial sign-up form, is saved with your new account and is reported to FirstPromoter, so the partner can still get the credit. Nothing is stored in your browser for this.
The cookies we use
- Necessary: SuiteDash remembers your cookie choices, and Cloudflare protects the website from attacks. These are always on. Security cookies last from about 30 minutes to one year; your choice is kept for six months in regions where we ask first, and your US opt-out is kept for at least 12 months.
- Functional: SuiteDash remembers videos you have watched and a time zone you choose for a webinar. These last from seven days to one year.
- Analytics: Google Analytics helps us count visits and understand which pages people read. Its cookies last up to 400 days.
- Advertising: Google Ads measures which ads lead to free-trial sign-ups and helps show our ads to people who have visited our website. FirstPromoter credits partners for referrals. These cookies last from about 15 minutes to 90 days. FirstPromoter cookies last up to 60 days. SuiteDash also keeps campaign information for the current visit and, in some cases, for up to 90 days. Campaign information in browser local storage remains until it is cleared. X and Meta measure visits to our website and free-trial sign-ups so we can see which ads bring visitors and trials, and help show our ads to people likely to be interested. X also automatically collects page interactions, including time spent on a page and button clicks. X’s advertising cookies on suitedash.com may last up to 13 months. Meta’s may last up to 90 days. Both vendors set and control these durations, and they may change them.
When you allow Advertising, Google Ads measures which ads bring visitors and free-trial sign-ups, FirstPromoter credits a partner who referred you, TikTok measures visits to this website and to our TikTok landing page, and LinkedIn measures visits to this website and actions taken on it, such as button clicks. TikTok and LinkedIn may use this information to help show our ads to people likely to be interested.
When their tags run, TikTok and LinkedIn may receive the page address, the referring address, browser and device information, and their own advertising identifiers. If you allowed Advertising when you signed up for a free trial, we may also send TikTok a coded (hashed) version of your email address and TikTok’s ad click ID when you start a trial or make a purchase, so TikTok can measure which ads led to it. TikTok cannot read your email address from the hashed version, but it can match it to a TikTok account.
These tags run only after you allow Advertising. They do not run if you reject Advertising or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. To stop TikTok reporting tied to your account, email [email protected].

TikTok and LinkedIn may also read or set cookies on their own websites (tiktok.com and linkedin.com) when their tags run. Those cookies are controlled by them. See TikTok’s and LinkedIn’s cookie policies for details.
Google, FirstPromoter, Cloudflare, X, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn handle information collected through their technologies under their own privacy policies.
