A bit of a different update today from us here at SuiteDash HQ. While our Dev Team is hard at work implementing more new features that are coming very soon (stay tuned!), our Support Team has been simultaneously working to create a new SuiteDash Help site. The new and improved site can be found at https://help.suitedash.com/, and from this site our customers (and those that are just interested in SuiteDash) can view the current help documentation, as well as submit a ticket to be answered by our Support Team. Need to know how to do something, want to know about a feature, or simply have a question about SuiteDash? Head over to https://help.suitedash.com/ to find the answers. In addition, we also have updates regarding some upcoming SuiteDash features, both in the long and short-term. More info below:

Short-Term Horizon

Our Email Marketing functionality is in the final round of development and testing, and we are very excited to share it with our customers! This feature will allow SuiteDash customers to create, schedule, send, and manage email campaigns and subscriber lists, right from inside your SuiteDash installation. Email Marketing is alive and functional on our development servers, and we plan to launch it for our customers in the very near future!

Nipping at the heels of Email Marketing is Work Requests, which give your clients the ability to submit “pre” Estimates and Invoices. Your clients will be able to submit Work Requests from inside their portal by filling out a form and selecting preset items, and the Request is received by the admin on the backend. Once reviewed by the admin, the Work Request can then be converted into an Estimate or Invoice, and all of the info from the original Request is carried over and automatically filled in the appropriate fields. Work Requests are entering the testing stage now, and it will be ready for launch soon!

Over The Horizon

Further in the future, we have made a big step towards implementing the Custom URLs feature of our Branded Environments functionality. This feature will allow our customers to completely rebrand the default “app.suitedash.com” URL, to a custom domain of their choosing. We have upgraded our hosting servers in anticipation of this functionality, and we have begun preliminary development and testing.

We are excited to show everyone what else is on the road map for SuiteDash, and we thank every one of you who has been with us on this journey so far. Keep an eye on us for more updates soon!
