These are not slogans. They are the choices we make every day at SuiteDash, and the reason small business owners trust us with the systems that run their companies.
Most software companies start with small businesses and slowly drift upmarket because enterprise contracts pay better. We do the opposite. We are building for the small and medium business owner, the operator, the agency, the consultant, the firm with five to fifty people who needs a real platform but cannot stomach a six-figure annual contract or an army of implementation consultants. We will never abandon that audience. The day we add an “Enterprise” tier with a request-a-quote button is the day we have lost the plot.
SuiteDash replaces 16+ separate tools at $19, $49, or $99 per month with unlimited users. That pricing is not a mistake or a loss-leader. It is the entire point. A small business owner should not have to choose between affordability and capability. The job is to build a platform that has the depth of an enterprise stack and the cost structure of a consumer subscription. Hard problem. Worth solving.
Because our target audience is small and medium business, we knew that our platform and our business model would need to be intentionally designed so the platform could remain affordable for small businesses. That is why we invented the unlimited pricing model. While other software companies were charging by the seat and punishing businesses for growth and scaling, we designed a business model that offered businesses a way to organize, streamline, and optimize their processes for the long term without having to worry about a dramatic increase in cost as they scaled.
Most SaaS companies build what their product team thinks is interesting and then market it to whoever will buy. We do the opposite. The SuiteDash roadmap is informed by what the Community is actually asking for, what the ambassadors are seeing in their own businesses, and what the pattern of feature requests is telling us. We listen. We do not dictate. When the Community is loud and consistent about something, we build it.
Our SENSEI Certified Agency Partners and Community Ambassadors are not a marketing program. They are part of how the product gets built. They run real businesses on SuiteDash. They onboard real clients. They tell us what is breaking in the field, what is missing, what is over-engineered. That feedback loop is what keeps the platform aligned with the people who pay for it.
We adopt new technology when it gives the Community a meaningful capability they could not get before. SuiteAi is a recent example. AI is everywhere right now and most companies are bolting it on as a marketing exercise. We are using it to give small business owners the same kind of leverage that a Fortune 500 company gets from a dedicated content and operations team, at the same flat-rate price they were already paying. Cutting edge, applied to the Community we serve, not chased for headlines.
Hi, I’m Mike 👋
Believe it or not, we have a LOT in common!
The fact that you’re looking for something like SuiteDash tells me that we have had many of the same experiences. I know firsthand the challenges of running a business because I’ve been there, in the trenches, working 70-hour weeks, dealing with projects, clients, expenses, employees & all the ups & downs that go along with being a business owner!
Early in my career, I started, grew & managed a digital agency working with hundreds of clients. That success meant that the day-to-day tasks of the agency grew into a heavy load of managing client projects, updating clients, processing invoices, exchanging files, communication, outbound marketing, and much more.
Handling all of this proved to be an ever-evolving challenge, and I soon realized (after some pretty epic screw-ups) that clearly defined systems, processes, and automations were the only way to sustainably run a successful business without descending into chaos. That started me on an exciting journey of research and experimentation, working to build those systems, define those processes and maximize automation in a way that would allow me to continue to scale the business without giving up my dreams and passions OUTSIDE of work.
Despite my exhaustive search, there wasn’t any single software tool or combination of tools on the market that fit exactly what I was looking for. What I wanted was a simple, efficient, all-in-one solution that could streamline our workflows and impress our clients while ALWAYS keeping OUR brand in focus, the brand that we had worked so hard to build!
I was 100% convinced that my ideas were sound. I knew what my business needed, and I knew how to build software! So, I decided that we should design & build our own unified software that fit the vision we had in mind. After seeing the incredible benefits of using our early build-outs, we began to offer the software for sale as a product. That enterprise grew very quickly, but even though our revenue numbers told us we had a winner, we were also starting to see a bigger and more exciting vision!
So the profits from those early days were funneled directly back into the company to level up the team and improve the product. The goal was to build a world-class platform that would help small businesses access & afford the range of tools needed to create systems, automate processes and scale their businesses.
In the years that followed, we were able to grow from those humble roots into a multi-national team of experienced professionals dedicated to a shared Mission, building an award-winning “All-in-One Business Software” designed to liberate small business owners from the inefficiencies and barriers that prevent growth in their businesses & organizations.
The unfortunate truth is that many business owners feel stuck working long hours, sacrificing time with family, or giving up on dreams and adventures. If that’s you, I want you to know that there is a solution. It’s creating systems that help your business run smoothly and efficiently, without you needing to be involved at every step. At SuiteDash, we work tirelessly to give you the tools to systematize & automate your work. And yes, our Extreme White-Labeling helps you build YOUR brand and impress YOUR clients. But more than that, it helps YOU get back to focusing on the things that matter most to you OUTSIDE of work.
So, I could tell you about all the incredible features we offer, but since that’s on our website, I’d rather ask you a question. What would you do if you could take 3 or 4 weeks off and have your business run without you? As for me, I love any kind of adventure travel. You would find me out backpacking, mountain biking, overlanding, camping, sailing, and more.
The picture above was taken after a 5-day offshore passage from Jamaica to Panama. We made landfall near the fabled San Blas (Guna Yala) islands, an incredibly beautiful archipelago I was lucky enough to spend several weeks exploring on an amazing 45′ Privilege catamaran. We had just sailed from the Bahamas, through the Windward Passage between Cuba & Haiti, and on this leg of our journey, we spent 6 weeks exploring Panama & Costa Rica. This all happened over a 3-month stretch back in 2007, and during that time, my businesses in the US were running mostly on auto-pilot while my wife & I experienced one of our greatest adventures!
Because I was focused on leveraging technology, systems & automation to streamline processes, I have been able to start, build & sell great businesses while still finding time for great adventures, all without losing ground in my career or suffering a financial setback!
I shared that story so that you understand my motivation! Just like you, I’m ambitious, but I don’t want to give up my dreams, my family, and my freedom in exchange for someone else’s definition of success. I want to be smart and find a way to have both success & a rewarding life without regrets! We call this #SuiteFreedom 😎
Yes, I’ve had success and adventure in life, but nothing has compared to the gratification and fulfillment that I’ve enjoyed as the Founder & CEO of SuiteDash. During this journey, I’ve had to work harder than ever before in my life, and that’s saying something. Yes, sometimes that means 70-80 hour weeks!
But the challenges are worth it because I’m able to focus on using my hard-won experience to help others by building the platform that I always wished I had, the platform of my dreams! A platform that helps business owners avoid the pain of setting up, learning, and paying for a mishmash of separate software tools. I find immense satisfaction in this work, and I’m doing my best to help each & every SuiteMate achieve their own version of #SuiteFreedom!
Yes, the workload is INTENSE, but along with my team, we manage it with the same systems, processes & automations that we recommend to you! The SuiteDash team is AMAZING, and I’m grateful to be working with a dedicated team of VERY smart people who also value the opportunity to build something that really matters, something that helps REAL people in the REAL world!
And I want you to know that a huge part of my enjoyment is getting to know those of YOU who contribute in the Community, attend our Live Support Sessions, become Resellers and Agency Partners and recommend SuiteDash to colleagues & friends. I’ve met so many wonderful people along this journey, and it is my honor to be the leader of this Community.
💪 SuiteMates are awesome! 💪
We are on a Mission to help business owners achieve #SuiteFreedom by leveraging the power of systems, processes & automations!
But realize that YOU are ALSO a part of our Mission!
Our development is 100% guided by YOU and the Community as a whole! YOU have the power to make suggestions that actually get heard and actually get built.
So, please become an active part of the SuiteDash Community and provide feedback, ideas, and assistance, or just chime in to let us know when things are really working well for you. Together, we can build your perfect solution!
Together, we are UNSTOPPABLE!
Work smarter. Live better. We’ve got your back!
Founder + CEO
P.S. Hey, would you mind replying to let me know if this story resonated with you? It’s not in my nature to be so open about my life, and it feels a bit unnatural to put our story “out there” like this. But my hope is that it will help you understand that we are truly committed to helping you achieve #SuiteFreedom. Thanks for letting me know!
Each team member was carefully selected. Sometimes the role was so important that Zoom and email just were not enough, and in those cases I made a trip overseas. We sat across tables, shared meals, and became genuine colleagues. That is how this team came together, and it is why we have stayed together working toward a purpose bigger than any of us for over fifteen years.
SuiteDash is built by a deliberately small, deliberately senior, multi-national team. The headcount is not impressive. The continuity is. Most of us have been working together for over fifteen years, longer than SuiteDash itself has existed.
The relationships that built this team were built in person.
Twenty to twenty-five engineering professionals. Big enough to ship steadily. Small enough that every line of code still has someone who personally understands it. No middle managers diluting decisions. No sales team padding the org chart. Just specialists doing the work, which is why the platform has stayed coherent for over a decade.
The team is in more than nine countries. We hire for skill, not zip code, and we deliberately hire across time zones spread around the globe. Follow-the-sun coverage is not a side effect of being remote. It is the reason we structured the team this way. When a customer needs help, someone qualified is awake and working, no matter what time zone they are in.
Each engineer brings years (in many cases decades) of building enterprise-grade software for organizations that pay six and seven figures a year for their tools. We could be building for that market. We chose not to. SuiteDash is what happens when that caliber of engineering gets deliberately pointed at the small business market the enterprise world ignores.
Beyond the core team, the SENSEI Certified Agency Partners are our extended Community ambassadors. Like the engineering team, they are personally vetted and selected only on merit. The program is small by design. SENSEI status has to mean something, and it only does if it is earned.
Four assets that build on each other. Each does a specific job. Together they are how we are scaling the philosophy.
Founded 2015. Replaces 16+ tools (CRM, client portal, project management, invoicing, scheduling, email marketing, file sharing, LMS, help desk, automation, and more) at $19, $49, or $99 per month with unlimited users. 4.8/5 across 595 verified reviews on G2. Headquartered in Research Triangle Park, NC. The flagship.
Wholesale white-label resale of the SuiteDash platform. Agencies, consultants, and operators get the platform at $14, $34, or $69 per customer account per month, brand it as their own, set their own retail price, and keep the margin. No platform unlock fee. No per-seat charge. The wholesale path that lets a service business productize itself.
Publicly available May 12, 2026. The fastest way for a non-technical founder to launch their own branded SaaS without building it. $799 per year early bird (grandfathered for the life of the account), then $1,499 per year for the public price. Built on the SuiteDash platform, so it inherits 10+ years of stability and the 16+ tools the platform replaces.
A common-sense approach to balance and fulfillment. The book argues that the systems thinking we apply to software should also be applied to a life: minimum viable systems, versioning, integration over optimization, and being the product manager of your own life. Free Founder’s Edition PDF for the SuiteDash Community. Available on Amazon (Kindle $9.99, Paperback $14.99). ASIN B0GFY3ZCPR.
I did not write this book to make money. I wrote it because I have watched too many talented people put their skills and determination to work chasing someone else’s definition of success. There is a better way.
The argument is simple. Most people inherit a definition of success from their parents, their culture, or social media. They optimize one pillar (usually work) and de-prioritize everything else (usually unintentionally). They achieve their stated goals while living a life that does not actually make them happy. That is not success.
All-in-One Success applies systems and software thinking to your entire life. Instead of chasing goals, you build systems. Instead of living to achieve someone else’s definition of success, you design balance and fulfillment. Instead of working harder, you work smarter. And when life changes, you do not start over. You version up.
Minimum Viable System (MVS). Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Build the smallest system that produces results, ship it, and iterate based on real feedback.
Versioning. Your life will change. Learn when to debug small issues versus when to version up and rebuild for new conditions.
Integration Over Optimization. Single-domain excellence creates fragility. When systems support each other instead of competing, everything compounds.
Product Manager of Your Life. You are the decision-maker with full context about your constraints, values, and goals. No guru knows better than you.
The book is on Amazon at the platform minimum prices. For the SuiteDash Community and anyone you share the link with, the entire book is available as a free PDF (the Founder’s Edition). Read it on a phone, tablet, laptop, or sideloaded onto a Kindle. Get the Founder’s Edition.
If the book helps you, please consider buying the $9.99 Kindle copy on Amazon and leaving a review. The review helps the book reach the people who need it: the colleague burning out at work, the friend sacrificing health for career, anyone trapped in someone else’s definition of success. Paying it forward is a good thing.
