COMING SOON
Target Audience Power-Up
$40/MONTH WHEN RELEASED
Not available to buy yet. After release, the price will be $40/month. Once released, SuiteDreams customers get it included automatically: it’s in their account and active, ready to go.
Requires an A.I. connection (the managed A.I. service or your own A.I. key). Searches cover the United States and Canada. Results are not checked against license registers.
Features that Every Business Needs
You sign up, you brand your portal, you set up your pipeline, and then you’re looking at an empty CRM. Every tool you just set up is only as good as the names in it, so you leave to solve it: a second prospecting subscription, somebody copying businesses off a map into a spreadsheet, or a list bought from a broker. The Target Audience Power-Up keeps that moment inside your portal. Describe your market in plain language, see what a search can cost before it starts, and get back a researched shortlist of real local businesses that you choose to add to your CRM, never twice.
1. Describe It Like You Would to a Friend
One plain sentence, shown back to you before anything runs
2. Know the Cost Before You Start
See the most a search can cost before anything is spent
3. Researched, Not Just Listed
Every business arrives with why it fits and how to reach it
4. Start It and Walk Away
The search runs in the background and tells you the truth about your market
5. You Choose What Lands
Tick the businesses you want and add them as Leads
6. Never a Duplicate
Businesses already in your CRM are marked before you choose
7. Searches You Can Rerun
Saved descriptions run again, and rejections stay rejected

Describe It Like You Would to a Friend
Plain Language In, a Clear Plan Back
💬One Plain Sentence
🗺️Map Categories You Can Untick
📍Area and Distance in Miles or Kilometers
🏙️Asks Which Town You Mean
🚫No Codes, No Filter Syntax
Describe your market in one plain sentence. The Power-Up shows back what it understood: the kind of business, the map categories it will search (untick any that don’t fit) and the area, with a distance in miles or kilometers. When a place name could mean more than one town, it asks which one you mean. Your first visit opens straight on the describe step, with an example of how to write it.
For example, the owner of a two-person bookkeeping practice types roughly what she’d say at a barbecue: small construction and trade businesses around Tucson, nothing enormous. The Power-Up shows her what it understood, she unticks one category that isn’t her kind of client, and she confirms. No industry classification codes, no query builder.

Know the Cost Before You Start
No Surprises Before You Spend
🔢Choose How Many to Research
💵See the Most It Can Cost
🛑Nothing Starts Until the Cost Is Known
🔁Retry a Failed Estimate
🔌Your A.I. Connection, Your Choice
Choose how many businesses get researched and see the most the search can cost before anything is spent. A search can’t start until its cost is known, and if an estimate fails, you simply retry. Target Audience runs on your A.I. connection, either the managed A.I. service or your own A.I. key, and it tells you plainly if one is missing, naming both ways to connect.
For example, a business coach exploring a new niche starts small, researching a modest number of businesses to see what comes back, and knows the ceiling on cost before she presses Start Search. If the shortlist looks promising, she can run the description again and research more.
3
Researched, Not Just Listed
Every Business Arrives With Its Story
🔎Researched From Its Own Website
🎯Why It Fits Your Description
🏢What It Does and How Big It Is
☎️How to Reach It
🏠Home Addresses Held Back
Each business found is researched from its own website: why it fits your description, what it does, how big it is and how to reach it. That context is what makes a first call or email specific instead of generic. Where an address looks like somebody’s home, it’s withheld; the business still lands, reachable by phone, email and website.
For example, a marketing agency looking for owner-run dental and physio practices within twenty miles gets a shortlist where each practice explains why it matched. The account manager opens one, sees what the practice does and how big it is, and writes a first email that shows she actually looked.
4
Start It and Walk Away
It Keeps Working When You Don’t
🕒Runs in the Background
📈Progress in Plain Terms
🚪Leave the Page Anytime
📏Small Markets Named Honestly
↔️Widen Only If You Choose
The search runs in the background with progress in plain terms: the stage it has reached and how many businesses have been researched out of how many. You can leave the page and the search still finishes. If your market is small, the Power-Up tells you this is the whole market and offers two ways to widen (reach further out, or loosen the trade), which you take or leave. It never widens by itself.
For example, a consultant based in a town of about six thousand people assumes there isn’t much around her. The search comes back and tells her plainly that what she sees is the whole market inside her radius. She chooses to look further out, and now knows something about her own market she didn’t know that morning.

You Choose What Lands
Nothing Arrives Uninvited
☑️Tick, Then Add to CRM
🧾Research Attached to Every Lead
💯Up to 100 per Search by Default
↩️Reject, With Undo
✉️Found Emails Kept, Ready for Your Audiences
Tick the businesses you want and press Add to CRM. Each one turns to Added to CRM in place and becomes a company at the Lead stage, carrying its research. Up to 100 can be added per search by default, so a big result never becomes a big mess. A found email is kept as the lead’s Temporary Email, so a lead you picked can join one of your Audiences; a lead without one is marked “No email yet.”
For example, the bookkeeping practice reviews about sixty businesses, removes the obvious mismatches and adds around forty to her CRM as leads, ready for a task, a call or a personal email. Each lead carries the research that explains why it’s there.

Never a Duplicate
Your Existing Clients Are Already Marked
🧭Already in Your CRM, Already Marked
🔒Can’t Be Added Twice
👥Same-Name Businesses Both Land
📇Leads Work Like Every Other Lead
🙅Nobody Is Ever Invented
Businesses already in your CRM are marked before you choose and can’t be added again, while two different businesses that happen to share a name both land. Nobody is ever invented: a found business lands as a company with no person until you add one, and your emails greet it by its company name.
For example, an IT consultancy that has run its CRM for six years searches its own county. A dozen of the businesses that come back are already its clients, each marked as already in the CRM, so the owner adds the rest without worrying about duplicating anyone he already invoices.

Searches You Can Rerun
Next Month Is Two Clicks
💾Saved Descriptions
🖼️A Picture for Every Trade
🔁Run This Search Again
🚫Rejections Stay Rejected
🆕Review Only What’s New
Saved descriptions are kept newest first, each with a picture of its kind of business. Run This Search Again reopens at the research limit you used last time. A repeat search leaves out what you rejected, doesn’t research again a business you already decided on, and keeps the ones you added as yours.
For example, a business coach who described “owner-run dental and physio practices within twenty miles” in the spring opens the same saved description a month later and presses Run This Search Again. The practices she turned down don’t come back, the ones she added show as already hers, and she reviews only what’s new.

Conclusion
Fill Your CRM With the Target Audience Power-Up
The Target Audience Power-Up solves the one problem every new portal starts with: nobody in it. Describe the businesses you want to win the way you’d say it out loud, know what a search can cost before it starts, and get back a researched shortlist of real businesses, each with the reason it’s there. You choose what lands, nothing lands twice, and next month’s search is two clicks. No bought lists, no second subscription, no spreadsheet. 🌟

FAQ
Is this just a scraped list?
No. It researches businesses, shows you what it found and why, and you choose which ones enter your CRM. Nothing lands unreviewed, and each search adds at most 100 by default.
What do I need to use it?
An A.I. connection: either the managed A.I. service or your own A.I. key. You choose how many businesses get researched and see the most a search can cost before anything is spent.
Where does it work?
This version serves the United States and Canada, and it tells you plainly if you enter a place anywhere else.
Are the businesses license-checked?
Not in this version, and every finished list says so. What you see is what open map data and each business’s own website say about it.
Will it fill my CRM with fake contacts or turn into a mass-mailing tool?
No. A found business lands as a company with no person until you add one, and nothing joins a marketing Audience unless you pick it. It’s built for one-to-one follow-up, and every unsubscribe is honored.
I’m on SuiteDreams. Do I need to buy this?
No. Once this Power-Up is released, SuiteDreams customers get it included automatically: it’s in their account and active, ready to go. They don’t need to buy it.
