No, the partner pricing is exclusive to SuiteDash users but Trails is a separate service. You pay Trails directly at the negotiated rate ($40/mo Business or $18/mo Creator), separate from your SuiteDash subscription. SuiteDash makes zero dollars on this partnership.
Does this affect my SuiteDash pricing?
No. Your SuiteDash plan and pricing are unchanged. The Trails partnership is a separate optional service. You only pay for Trails if you decide to use it.
Can I cancel Trails anytime?
Yes. Trails is a month-to-month / or yearly subscription. You can cancel directly through your Trails account whenever you want. Your SuiteDash account is not affected.
How do Trails get embedded inside SuiteDash?
We built a native Trails Block directly into the Content Block Editor. After you create a guide in Trails, you paste the share link into the Trails Block on any Page, Dashboard, Onboarding sequence, or LMS course. The guide renders inline, with all content showing, but no branding from SuiteDash or Trails.
Does the Business plan really include unlimited users at $40/mo?
Yes. The Business plan that Trails normally sells for $299/mo includes unlimited users on their lineup. The $40/mo SuiteDash partner pricing is the same Business plan, with the same unlimited user count. No per-seat fees, no headcount caps.
What is the difference between the Business and Creator plans?
Business is for teams: unlimited users, AI Videos, Translations, Priority Support. Creator is for solo operators: 1 user, AI Videos, PDF Export, private and team guides. Creator does not include translations or priority support. You can upgrade from Creator to Business anytime.
Does this work with my SuiteDash white-label setup?
Yes. When you embed a Trails guide inside your SuiteDash Portal, your Clients see your brand, your Portal, and your guide. Trails is invisible. The Trails Block respects your white-label theme and branding.
