LIVE Support Sessions are group sessions on Zoom where you run your questions by a SuiteDash expert. A SENSEI Certified Agency Partner answers questions and guides the discussion. With the VIP Bundle active, your Manage Account area shows a VIP Live Support Sessions menu with the schedule of upcoming sessions. Set the Timezone at the top of the page so the times read correctly where you are, then click Enter Session when a session starts.
For example, the owner of a three-person bookkeeping firm is building her first client onboarding Automation and can’t decide which trigger to start it from. Instead of writing a long email, she checks the schedule in Manage Account, clicks Enter Session when the next one starts, and asks her question of the SENSEI Certified Agency Partner leading it. She also picks up a few ideas from the questions other VIPs bring to the same session.

Inside, you talk in real time with other VIP SuiteMates, and you get the chance to interact with the SuiteDash Team, SuiteDash Wizards and SENSEI Agency Partners. The VIP Suite is also home to a variety of LIVE Sessions, AMAs and other interactive events.
For example, a solo consultant setting up her client portals asks in the VIP Suite how other VIPs organize their clients into Circles. Fellow VIPs share what has worked for them, and she settles on an approach before she builds anything.

The owner records a short screencast of the problem and emails it to the Help Team. How much does the VIP Bundle Power-Up cost?
With a standard paid Plan, the VIP Bundle is $50/month on top of your Plan. The monthly fee is charged whatever your Plan’s term (Monthly, Yearly or Life), and you can cancel at any time. VIP is automatically included with the SuiteDreams All-in-One Package.
Which Plans can add it?
Any paid Plan: Start, Thrive or Pinnacle. It is not available while you are in a Free Trial.
How do I add it?
Open the Flyout Menu, go to Manage Account and choose Power-Ups. Activate the VIP Bundle and its button turns green and says Active. From then on, your Manage Account area shows the VIP Live Support Sessions menu with the schedule of upcoming sessions.
Can I add it during my Free Trial?
No. The VIP Bundle is not available while in a Free Trial. Click Upgrade Now to move to a paid Plan, then add it from your Manage Account menu.
Does Priority Support include phone or live chat?
No. SuiteDash’s Help Team supports customers by email, Monday through Friday with very limited hours on Saturday and Sunday, so every question gets a researched, complete answer. As a VIP, your emails are tagged and prioritized. When you want to talk a question through live, bring it to a LIVE Support Session.
Is the VIP Suite the same as the Community Power-Up?
No. The VIP Suite is SuiteDash’s private Discord server, where VIPs meet each other and the SuiteDash Team. The Community Power-Up is a separate Power-Up for building your own Communities inside your portal, for your Staff and your Clients.
I’m on SuiteDreams. Do I need to buy this?
No. The SuiteDreams Package includes the VIP Power-Up, along with all current and future Power-Ups, and it comes with unlimited LIVE Support Sessions.
