Email Campaign Management Software

Engage Customers at Scale, Build Loyalty
Email campaigns and drip sequences that send from the same records your CRM, invoicing and client portal already use — on a single shared data layer. No list export, no re-upload, no sync step.

The problem with email campaigns is the list, not the email

Most email platforms are good at composing and sending. What they cannot do is know who should be on the list today. So the list gets exported from the CRM, uploaded to the email tool, and is wrong within a week — because someone cancelled, someone became a client, someone’s invoice went unpaid, and the email tool has no way of knowing any of it.

Everything that goes wrong with email marketing at a service business flows from that gap. Clients receive prospect emails. Cancelled customers receive renewal reminders. The person who signed a proposal yesterday still gets the nurture sequence about why they should sign a proposal.

Audiences that stay current on their own

In SuiteDash, an Audience is the list a campaign or Drip Sequence sends to. It can be built by hand or imported from CSV like anywhere else — but it can also be synced from CRM Circles, or populated automatically by Kickoff Forms and Automations.

Because Circles are the same platform-wide permission groups that control what a client can see in the portal, a segment defined as “active Pinnacle clients” or “prospects who submitted the intake form” is defined once and is correct everywhere. No export, no re-upload, no drift.

Subscribers and Contacts are deliberately separate

A Subscriber exists at the marketing level only — a name and an email address — and does not need to be a CRM Contact. Subscribers can be upgraded to CRM status when they become real prospects, and an existing CRM Contact can be a Subscriber at the same time.

This is more useful than it sounds. It means a list of several thousand newsletter readers does not turn your CRM into a database of strangers, and it means the people who matter can be in both without being duplicated. One person, one record, two roles.

What you get

The Marketing module covers Audiences, Email Campaigns (one-time sends), Drip Sequences (multi-email sequences on a schedule or a trigger) and Campaign Templates. Files can be attached to a campaign or sequence directly; when five or more files are attached to one item, the platform builds a ZIP automatically.

Sequences are driven by the same automation engine as the rest of the platform, so a Drip can start on a form submission, a proposal signature, an invoice payment or a booking — and, just as importantly, can stop when one of those things happens.

Email Cannons send a single targeted email to one recipient without needing an Audience, which is the right tool for a personal follow-up you still want templated and recorded. Cannons are part of the PLUS Bundle Power-Up at $40/month; Power-Ups are priced on top of the plans and we count them separately rather than folding them into the base feature set.

Sending, deliverability and cost

SuiteDash is flat rate with unlimited users — Start $19/month, Thrive $49/month, Pinnacle $99/month — so the price does not climb with the size of your team. Marketing-email deliverability is a pass-through service billed at cost with no markup, as are SMS through Twilio and AI credits.

Notification email can be sent under your own brand through domain-verified sending or your own SMTP, which matters if you are running this under a white label.

Where a dedicated email platform is the better choice

If email marketing is your primary channel and you need deep A/B testing, advanced deliverability tooling, a large template marketplace or sophisticated behavioural analytics, a specialist platform will beat this. Be honest with yourself about which you are: a business that markets by email, or an email marketing operation.

SuiteDash’s argument is narrower and, for service businesses, usually more valuable — the list is right because it is built from the records you already maintain, and the sequence knows when someone has become a client because the invoice is in the same system.

Common questions

What is email campaign management software?

It builds, sends and tracks email to segmented lists. Most platforms are good at composing and sending; the harder problem is knowing who should be on the list today, which is why a list exported from a CRM and uploaded elsewhere is usually wrong within a week.

How does SuiteDash keep email lists accurate?

An Audience can be synced from CRM Circles or populated automatically by Kickoff Forms and Automations, as well as being built by hand or imported from CSV. Circles are the same platform-wide permission groups that control what a client sees in the portal, so a segment is defined once and is correct everywhere — no export, no re-upload, no drift.

What is the difference between a Subscriber and a Contact?

A Subscriber exists at the marketing level only, as a name and an email address, and does not need to be a CRM Contact. Subscribers can be upgraded to CRM status when they become real prospects, and an existing CRM Contact can be a Subscriber at the same time — one person, one record, two roles.

What does the Marketing module include?

Audiences, Email Campaigns for one-time sends, Drip Sequences for multi-email sequences on a schedule or a trigger, and Campaign Templates. Files can be attached to a campaign or sequence directly, and when five or more files are attached the platform builds a ZIP automatically.

Can a sequence stop when a prospect becomes a client?

Yes. Sequences run on the same automation engine as the rest of the platform, so a Drip can start on a form submission, proposal signature, invoice payment or booking — and can also stop when one of those happens. That is straightforward here because the invoice and the sequence are in the same system.

Can email be sent under my own brand?

Yes. Notification email can be sent under your brand through domain-verified sending or your own SMTP, which matters when the platform is being run under a white label. Marketing-email deliverability is billed as a pass-through service at cost with no markup.

When is a dedicated email platform the better choice?

If email is your primary channel and you need deep A/B testing, advanced deliverability tooling, a large template marketplace or sophisticated behavioural analytics, a specialist platform will beat this. SuiteDash’s argument is that the list is right because it is built from records you already maintain.
