Social Media Scheduling Power-Up
COMING SOON
Social Media Scheduling Power-Up
$40/MONTH WHEN RELEASED
Not available to buy yet. After release, the price will be $40/month. Once released, SuiteDreams customers get it included automatically: it’s in their account and active, ready to go. Agency mode remains a separate plan.
Posting to X draws on an included allowance, and you add funds only if you go beyond it (or connect your own X app and nothing is metered).
Features that Every Business Needs
Almost every business is already posting to social media, and almost everyone is paying for another subscription, another login and another tool that knows nothing about the client work it promotes. Most schedulers also send one caption everywhere, so every post gets written down to the shortest platform. The Social Media Scheduling Power-Up brings scheduling into your branded portal, next to your clients, projects and invoices. Write once, tailor for each platform, schedule it, and it posts itself. For agencies, it puts every client’s social on one calendar.
1. Seven Platforms, One Calendar
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and Threads
2. Connect in Under a Minute
Sign in and approve, with no developer portal and no keys to copy
3. Write Once, Tailor for Each Platform
Every post written properly for where it’s going
4. Schedule It and It Posts Itself
Publishing that runs on time, even when nobody is logged in
5. Your Brand, Your Portal
White-labeled, next to the work it promotes
6. Agency Mode
A separate social presence for every client you manage
7. Honest by Design
Clear about limits, careful with credentials

Seven Platforms, One Calendar
Every Place You Post, in One Place
Coming soon
📘Facebook Pages and Instagram
🎵TikTok and YouTube Shorts
✖️X and Threads
🗓️Calendar and Posts List Views
Seven platforms: Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and Threads. Your content lives on a Calendar and a Posts list, two views of one screen with the same filters and search, and every post carries an explicit date and time. Drag a post to reschedule it.
For example, a solo business coach opens her portal on Sunday evening, writes next week’s five posts, drags them onto the calendar and closes the laptop. Monday through Friday they go out on their own, from the same place she sends her invoices, and she isn’t paying anyone else for it.

🔑No Developer Portal, No Keys
✅Test Connection Shows the Account Name
🧭Guided YouTube Setup
🏢Your Business Is Already Named
On six of the seven platforms, connecting an account means signing in and approving. No developer portal, no Client ID, no approval to chase yourself. Test connection comes back green with the name of the account you just linked, so you know it’s the right one. YouTube Shorts is the one exception: because YouTube limits uploads per application rather than per customer, it connects through your own Google project, and a guided walkthrough takes you through it.
For example, a bookkeeping firm’s office manager picks Instagram, signs in with the account the firm already has, approves the permission screen and sees the firm’s own account name come back on Test connection. The firm is already there, named from its Organization Settings, so there’s nothing to create first.

✍️Different Text per Destination
📁Media From SuiteDash Files
✂️AI Shortens a Post to Fit X
🤖AI Optional, Never Required
🪟A Side-Panel Composer
Here you write different text for each destination, with media from SuiteDash Files or uploaded directly, in a side panel that keeps your calendar behind it. AI caption assist can draft, rewrite or shorten a post for one platform, and the composer is complete without it: type or paste your own words for each platform and schedule them.
For example, a management consultant writes a thoughtful LinkedIn post about a recent engagement, then lets the AI cut it to fit X without rewriting anything herself. The LinkedIn version stays long and considered, and the X version is short and sharp.

⏰On Time, Even When Nobody Is Logged In
🚦Six Clear Statuses
🔗A Link to Every Live Post
🧾Failures Explained in Plain Words
🔁Automatic Retry at Platform Limits
Posts publish on time even when nobody is logged in. Every post shows one of six statuses: Draft, Scheduled, Blocked, Published, Partially published or Failed. Published posts link to the live post on each platform, and a failure says why in plain words, naming a platform’s own limit when that’s the cause. A post held back by a platform’s daily limit retries at that platform’s next window, up to three times.
For example, an accountant schedules a week of tax-deadline reminders. When one platform’s daily limit holds a post back, its status says Blocked and why, and it retries on its own at the next window, so nobody has to babysit the schedule.

Your Brand, Your Portal
Your Clients Never See SuiteDash
Coming soon
🏷️Fully White-Labeled
📂Next to Projects, Files and Invoices
👀The Visibility Rules You Already Use
🔐Access Granted per User
🧳One Less Subscription
The whole experience lives inside your white-labeled portal: your logo, your domain, your brand. Your content calendar sits next to the projects, files and invoices it promotes. Access is granted per user (Super Admin and Admin by default), and brands tied to client records follow the same WORLDs and Salesperson visibility as the rest of the platform. One honest note: the permission screen you see when connecting an account belongs to each social platform, so it can’t carry your brand, but it never says SuiteDash either.
For example, a coach reviewing next month’s content plan with a client does it inside the same branded portal where that client already signs documents and pays invoices. Everything the client sees carries the coach’s brand.

Agency Mode
Every Client’s Social on One Calendar
Coming soon
🏢One Brand per Client
🔗Tied to the Client’s CRM Record
🗓️One Calendar, Filter to One Client
👥Your Team Sees Only Their Clients
🔜Coming Soon: Client Approvals
Agency mode turns one social presence into as many as you manage. The screen you already know grows a Brand list and an Add Brand button. Each Brand is either your own or tied to a client’s CRM record, and one calendar shows every client, filterable to one. Coming soon: client approvals, so clients can log in and approve posts before they go out, are planned for a later release.
For example, an agency owner with twelve clients creates one Brand per client and connects their accounts. She composes for a client, tailors the LinkedIn version and schedules it, with no spreadsheet, no PDF and no re-keying. Her salesperson, who handles four of those clients, opens the calendar and sees exactly his four, without anyone configuring anything for him.

Honest by Design
No Surprises About Limits or Data
Coming soon
🧮An X Allowance Included
➕Add Funds Only Beyond It
🔧Bring Your Own X App, Nothing Metered
🔐Credentials Encrypted at Rest
📣Publishing and Scheduling, Clearly Scoped
X charges for every post, so posting to X draws on an included allowance, and you add funds only if you go beyond it. The composer shows “included” while the allowance lasts and an estimate once it’s spent. Prefer no metering at all? Connect your own X app. Account credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown back in full. And this is a publishing and scheduling tool: it shows what published and links to it, without engagement analytics or a unified inbox.
For example, a consultant posting to X three times a week stays inside the allowance and never thinks about it. An agency posting heavily for many clients knows up front that it will add funds regularly, and can connect its own X app instead.

Conclusion
Bring Your Social Calendar Home With the Social Media Scheduling Power-Up
The Social Media Scheduling Power-Up closes the one daily trip your business still makes outside its portal. Seven platforms on one calendar, connected in a minute, with posts written properly for each platform and published on time while you’re busy with client work. It’s white-labeled, it follows the visibility rules you already run, and agency mode puts every client’s social in the same place as their projects and invoices. One less subscription, one less login. 🌟

FAQ
Can I use it now?
Not yet. The Social Media Scheduling Power-Up is in development.
Why does YouTube Shorts need extra setup when nothing else does?
YouTube limits uploads per application rather than per customer, at a level no shared tool can spread across its customers. Connecting your own Google project means your limit is yours alone, and we walk you through it.
What is the X balance for?
X charges for every post. Your Power-Up includes an allowance that covers normal use, and you only add funds if you go past it. Connect your own X app instead and nothing is metered.
Can my clients log in and approve posts?
Not in the first release. Client approvals are planned for a later release.
I’m on SuiteDreams. Do I need to buy this?
No. Once this Power-Up is released, SuiteDreams customers get it included automatically: it’s in their account and active, ready to go. They don’t need to buy it. Agency mode remains a separate plan.
Does it include analytics or a social inbox?
No. It publishes and schedules, shows the status of every post and links to the live post. Engagement analytics and a unified inbox are not part of it.
