    Show a remaining hours available on a project by taking the estimate and subtracting the hours entered via timers. This should be visable on the project as well as a report to view remaining project hours on each client.

    We need to be able to set appointments with the team that recur weekly/monthly like meetings, performance reviews or mental health check ins with staff.Currently we can only add appointments with clients. And if we create meetings as tasks, we can't make them appear on the calendar weekly or assign to multiple team members.

    I've been working for a while on some project templates and started to apply them to different clients and now I want to have the same templates in another account and there is no Export/import functionality!!!The only thing we can export are the contact in CRM.We need more options, don't you agree?

    create tasks from anywhere in the project section with a (+) button. during task creation there is possibility to create sub-tasks immediately. also possibility to assign to project and phase.if inside a project and phase, those are pre-selected when creating a new task.

    start the timer with 1-click from project/phase/task level. also show timer running on top of dashboard for easier to see it.option to bill clients easier for a set of tasks that have been timed.please study the app: toggl.com for inspiration on timer functionality.

    the left menu should get it's own to-do/timer section so that it's easy to jump in and start cracking on with assigned tasks and measure time and then bill it.

    On tasks, add a thumbnail image, user own stock image or image they upload.On Trello, I upload icons or stock photos & images and in the task call them icon XYZ, banner XYZ or stock image XYZ so I can quickly find the task/comm thread visually without need to read.Saves an awlful lot of reading when its a sea of text on the screen on very large projects (construction site).Then for tasks that are not live yet, I might hide the thumbnail/banner image until they become live so my focus of view is funnelled in what I use ... being the board admin, coordinator and main user (plus, I pay for the subscription ... to other users on my account, its my board so its my way lol).

    To enable graphically or visually orientated users to spot cards easily.The kanban in SuperAdmin is limited to user assignment, and is not in team member. Allow team members (or project managers) to use Kanban to view and slide cards accross.Allow cards to be quickly identifiable with peripheral vision or quick look spot and see (no need to read if you know what your looking for), with icons or custom thumbnail images, or banner, either from users own stock they can upload onto it, or for an image out of the cards attachements relevent to what its about.
