27 Jul SuiteDash Development Update – Affiliate Program
Development Update For July 27, 2016
Team SuiteDash has been burning the midnight oil to release the latest updates for our customers! In the recent weeks, we have begun implementing a completely overhauled UI and menu system, beginning with the dashboard and top navigation menus, and moving to other sections in the coming weeks. Additionally, we are happy to announce that we have now implemented an Affiliate Program, as a way for SuiteDash customers to get free months of credit towards their subscription in exchange for referrals. More details can be found below, and we also have some updates regarding upcoming SuiteDash features, both in the long and short-term.
More info below:
Affiliate Program
As of the latest update, we are now giving all SuiteDash customers the opportunity to gain free months of credit towards to their subscription, using our Affiliate Program. In your menu at Settings–>Affiliate Program, you will have an Affiliate Code that you can give out to anyone who is signing up for a SuiteDash account. This code is unique to you, and it is how the SuiteDash Team will track your Affiliate signups in order to credit your account. For each new customer who signs up with your code, and pays for a SuiteDash license (beyond their Free Trial period), you will receive 1 credit, that is equivalent to the cost of 1 month’s subscription for your current license level. For example, if you have an Elite license, and a new customer signs up using your Affiliate Code, then 1 credit in the amount of $79 will be added to your account. If you have an Aspire license, 1 credit would be equal to $49, and so on. There is currently no limit to the number of credits you can “stack” on your subscription, so if you were to have say 12, 50, or 100 new customers sign-up, then you would receive the equal number of credits towards your subscription. We hope this gives our customers even more reason to tell their friends, family, acquaintances, mail carriers, and anyone who will listen about how great SuiteDash is!
Enhanced UI
As mentioned in the opening paragraph, we are deep in the process of improving and enhancing the user interface of the entire system. Our design team is working with the focus on usability and clean lines, both for ease-of-use and ease-on-the-eyes results. The new UI has already been rolled out in several places, including the top navigation menus and the dashboard, and we are working to implement it everywhere else in the coming weeks. Next up will likely be the Files section, then to Planning and Billing and beyond. Feel free to jump in and test drive the new UI, and tell us what you think about the new look. As always, don’t hesitate to let us know how you think we can improve it!
Short-Term Horizon
Not far down the road we have a few useful features almost ready to roll out, one of which is Filter Profiles. This will allow you to set custom filters in your Tasks list in Planning, and save them as “presets” for later use. So you will be able to easily filter a Project Task list by Urgent Bugs that are assigned to Steve, with just a couple of clicks in the Filters settings. We hope to have this functionality, and a few other gems, ready to roll out soon!
Over The Horizon
Continuing the theme of making Projects and Tasks easy to manage, our Team is currently working to implement a duplicating Tasks functionality. This will allow you to easily take an existing Task, copy it, edit the details of the new Task as needed, and save it as new. This functionality will act as the precursor to the much larger feature on our horizon, customizable Project Templates (more on that at a later date). We feel these features will be incredibly useful, and we are working hard to build and release them for all of our current and future customers!
We are building at breakneck speed at the moment, and we hope you will all stick around for the next round of updates! Stay tuned for more info soon!
Thanks,
Team SuiteDash
