Secure Client Portals

  • SuiteDash gives you the power to create private and secure areas on your site that are uniquely permissioned to a particular client or clients. Everything is structured seamlessly and intuitively so that both you are your client are comfortable within the framework. You can create as many clients /client areas as you like, and assign them however you need.
  • When your clients login, they are presented with their customized dashboard. From there they can access all the resources that you’ve given them permissions for. Your clients can view private pages containing any information and resources you desire, upload/download files, view tasks and reminders, view project details, and much more…
  • When you bring a client into your branded SuiteDash, you give them a feeling of inclusion in your organization. Clients can only see what you prefer them to see, as you are able to finely control the client’s access and visibility to pages, files, projects, sprints, tasks, and more. Project Management

These items can be assigned or permissioned to one, several, most or all users, depending on group or project affiliation, and depending on your personal preference. This helps ensure that only the appropriate users have access to the corresponding information, and no private data will be visible to the wrong eyes.
  • Task creation is simple, and the assignee of the task will receive notification immediately. SuiteDash is built to make sure that someone is always responsible for a task. When a task is assigned or completed an alert is sent to the corresponding party. If a task can’t be completed due to a conflict, the user can return it to the sender and ask for more information. Each of these alerts can also be sent as an email. Additionally, each task has a history log that allows you to see who’s accessed and updated tasks over time, ensuring that nothing is ever left up to question.

You can easily permit clients to upload files to their Client Area, and an email will automatically send to chosen users/admins to notify them of the new file upload. Files of any type are supported, with the admin even having the option to control upload of specific file types at their discretion.
  • Categorizing of files is as easy as a few clicks, so that you and your clients can easily categorize and organize the files that you’re sharing. You can easily edit category names, re-assign files to categories, and sort category names using drag/drop interface, giving you full control over how your files are displayed, making future sorting and filtering that much easier.
