Everything is structured seamlessly and intuitively so that both you are your client are comfortable within the framework. You can create as many clients /client areas as you like, and assign them however you need.
  • When your clients login, they are presented with their customized dashboard. From there they can access all the resources that you’ve given them permissions for. Your clients can view private pages containing any information and resources you desire, upload/download files, view tasks and reminders, view project details, and much more…
  • When you bring a client into your branded SuiteDash, you give them a feeling of inclusion in your organization. Clients can only see what you prefer them to see, as you are able to finely control the client’s access and visibility to pages, files, projects, sprints, tasks, and more. Clients will only have access to what you assign to them, so there is no risk of a client seeing a file or project that is not permissioned to them, ensuring that all of the data in your installation remains private and secure.

Project Management

SuiteDash lets you easily take a project, and divide it up into sprints, and then even further into individual tasks.   • Not only can you easily include your staff and clients in projects, you can quickly assign tasks, set reminders, send alerts, share files, and more… Even better, you have full control over the assignment and permission of every action, task, file, and resource. These items can be assigned or permissioned to one, several, most or all users, depending on group or project affiliation, and depending on your personal preference. This helps ensure that only the appropriate users have access to the corresponding information, and no private data will be visible to the wrong eyes.
  • Task creation is simple, and the assignee of the task will receive notification immediately. SuiteDash is built to make sure that someone is always responsible for a task. When a task is assigned or completed an alert is sent to the corresponding party. If a task can’t be completed due to a conflict, the user can return it to the sender and ask for more information. Each of these alerts can also be sent as an email. Additionally, each task has a history log that allows you to see who’s accessed and updated tasks over time, ensuring that nothing is ever left up to question.

SuiteDash helps you keep them, and all their information organized and secure in one convenient location. Not only can you keep all the prospect’s vital information, but also notes about each interaction with them, and scheduled meetings or follow-ups.
  • Different client roles are an indispensable function for any business, as they help you quickly see “at a glance” how far along a sale is progressing for a particular client, so you can take the appropriate next steps to help close the deal. Additionally, the extensive history log is invaluable to help teams keep track of who has done what with regard to each prospect, and helps avoid unnecessary repetition of tasks.
  • When a prospect is ready to be sold, SuiteDash converts them easily to a client, and all their contact information, notes, goals, events, etc…. are kept intact, making sure that you are always able to look back and understand each client’s history as necessary. Once a prospect is converted to a client, you will be able to invoice them, and collect payment online, all through the same SuiteDash system where it all began. The client will have their own unique login credentials for the installation, which will allow them to login and view their own version of the dashboard.

Advanced File Sharing

  • Allows site owner to upload files that are exclusively permissioned to a particular client, set of clients, or even staff members. You can easily permit clients to upload files to their Client Area, and an email will automatically send to chosen users/admins to notify them of the new file upload. Files of any type are supported, with the admin even having the option to control upload of specific file types at their discretion.
  • Categorizing of files is as easy as a few clicks, so that you and your clients can easily categorize and organize the files that you’re sharing. You can easily edit category names, re-assign files to categories, and sort category names using drag/drop interface, giving you full control over how your files are displayed, making future sorting and filtering that much easier.
  • Centralize your documents into one place and make them available to your entire staff and client base on a case by case basis. Upload & Share everything from contracts, screenshots, image files, logos, and design files, to zip files, PDFs and much more. Additionally, File Versioning lets you always be sure which version of a file is the most recent, and track the changes of the file over time.

Estimates, Invoicing & Contracts

  • Work flow is simple – Create an Estimate from scratch or from a pre-existing template, and easily send to the client. You get a message when the client approves, and then you can easily turn that Estimate into an Invoice. You then have the option to use the information from that Invoice to dynamically generate a Contract that marries your pre-designed template with the client data, work to be done and agreed upon compensation structure. In one simple workflow, you’ve completed all the necessary paperwork in the most efficient and professional way possible.
