Advantages of Online SaaS Software Portals We here at SuiteDash just can’t stop adding new features, it’s almost like an addiction! With the addition of Contracts and Timers in the last few weeks, SuiteDash is growing every day, and we are very appreciative of all of you who are following with us on this exciting journey. We’ve got a few more new features coming soon, and we just wanted to take a moment to tell you about them. #### Live Stream The Live Stream is an upcoming feature that we think is very unique to SuiteDash, and we believe it will be very useful for our customers. Essentially, the Live Stream will allow any SuiteDash license owner (Master Account, Admin) to quickly see a summary of all of the actions and events that have taken place in their installation, at a glance. Whether a Teammate changes the status of a Task, a Client sends you a private message, a Office Manager generates a new Invoice, or nearly any other action occurs, you will know about it. The Live Stream will appear in an easier to read list, complete with clickable links for each action, allowing you to quickly navigate to the section of the app related to that particular action. The Live Stream will act as a replacement and major upgrade to the current Notifications dashboard, and we feel our customers will get a lot of use out of it. The Live Stream is in the final stages of development and testing now, and we hope to have it ready to launch very soon. #### Branded Environment The next big feature that will be added after Live Stream has been highly requested by our customers, and it involves custom Branded Environments. With this new tool-set, our customers will be able to fully customize the menu and text colors, and logo of their SuiteDash environment, allowing them to essentially “rebrand” their app dashboard with their own company logo and color scheme. Each separate element will have it’s own adjustable color picker setting, so you will be able to tweak each item to fit your needs. Also, in-tandem with these customization tools will be the ability to setup a custom URL for your installation, beyond the standard “app.suitedash.com” domain. This custom domain function will be part of “stage two” of our Branded Environment initiative, and will be coming in the near future following the initial color and logo customization options release. These Branded Environment functions will be available to Plus, Aspire, and Elite license level holders. Lots more coming in the near future, so stay tuned to this blog to keep up to date!
