## Reputation Power-Up

Your Happiest Clients, Finally on the Record

One automation asks at the moment the work lands, and the answer becomes a review, a referral, or a testimonial you own and can put in your next proposal. Entirely in your brand, with nothing to connect.

_Coming soon. The Reputation Power-Up is built and opens to customers at launch._

###### COMING SOON

#### **Reputation Power-Up**

###### $40/MONTH WHEN RELEASED

Not available to buy yet. After release, the price will be $40/month. Once released, SuiteDreams customers get it included automatically: it’s in their account and active, ready to go.

Each company needs its own Power-Up; a reseller’s purchase does not cover its client accounts.

### Features that Every Business Needs

Every business has clients who are quietly delighted and almost no public proof of it. The moment a client is happiest is the moment the invoice clears, the appointment wraps or the project closes, and that’s exactly when nobody asks them for anything. The praise that does arrive sits in an email thread, and the next time a proposal needs a testimonial, someone goes hunting through old mail. The **Reputation Power-Up** asks **at the right moment, every time**, sends happy clients to the **next step that helps you most**, gives unhappy clients a **private way to reach you**, and turns what they say into **testimonials you own**, all inside your **fully branded** portal.

### The Ask Goes Out by Itself

###### Ask at the Moment the Work Lands

##### ⚡Triggered by Finished Work

##### ⏳Delay of Up to 30 Days

##### 🔁One Reminder, Then It Stops

##### 👆Ask by Hand From a Client’s Record

##### 🧘Set It Once, Forget It

The Send Reputation Request action runs on the moments work actually finishes: an invoice paid, an appointment completed, a project or task done, a deal stage reached, or a form submitted. Each automation picks the Channel to offer, the delivery method, an optional message, a delay of up to 30 days and whether to send a reminder. You can also send a single ask by hand with Ask for a Review on a client’s record, under the same safeguards.

For example, a four-person bookkeeping firm adds a Google Channel with its review link and attaches Send Reputation Request to “when an invoice is paid” with a two-day delay. The defaults are already sensible, so the owner changes nothing else. From then on, the ask goes out after every paid invoice without anyone having to remember it.

### Happy Clients Go Public, Unhappy Clients Reach You

###### The Right Next Step for Every Client

##### 👍Thumbs or Stars First

##### ⭐Google, Facebook, Yelp and Trustpilot

##### 🔘Your Buttons, in Your Order

##### 💬Private Feedback for Tough Moments

##### ✅Follow-Up Tasks Automatically

Clients are asked how it went first, with Thumbs Up or Down or a Star Rating and a positive threshold you set. A happy client sees your Channels as buttons (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, a Written Recommendation or Refer Someone) in the order you choose, and a review-site button goes straight to the link you set. An unhappy answer always reaches a Private Feedback form, which is never posted and can raise a follow-up task.

For example, a consulting client who had a rough month taps thumbs down and gets a form asking what went wrong, instead of a wall of review buttons. The consultant hears it before a prospect does, and a task makes sure someone follows up. Nothing stops any client from posting publicly; the question simply guides each one to the most useful next step, and you can switch it off at any time.

### Testimonials You Own

###### Praise You Own, Not Reviews You Rent

##### ✍️Written Recommendations With Ratings

##### 🙋The Client Chooses Their Credit

##### ✅Permission Recorded

##### 📄Testimonials on Pages, Dashboard and Proposals

##### 🔜Coming Soon: Embed on Your Own Website

A Written Recommendation captures a 1 to 5 rating, the client’s own words, how they want to be credited (Full Name and Role, First Name and Initial, or Anonymous) and their permission to publish. Nothing goes public until you publish it. The Testimonials block then shows approved recommendations on your Portal Pages, your Dashboard and your Proposals. Coming soon: showing your testimonials on your own external website.

For example, an executive coach building a proposal no longer digs through old email for something quotable. She drops in two testimonials she already has, with names, credit choices and permission attached. For a consultant whose clients never search Google reviews before hiring, this growing library of praise in her clients’ own words is the proof that matters.

### Referrals in the Same Moment

###### Two Kinds of Growth From One Happy Client

##### 🤝A Refer Someone Button

##### 📥Lands as a CRM Lead

##### 🏷️Tagged Referral

##### 🔔Channel Automations

##### 🌱Growth From Goodwill

A client who just had a good experience is just as willing to name someone who should call you. Refer Someone sits beside your review and recommendation buttons, and each referral becomes a CRM lead tagged Referral. Each Channel can also run notes, tags or custom field updates when a referral, recommendation or private feedback arrives.

For example, an accounting firm sends its ask when a client’s tax return task is marked done. The client taps Refer Someone and names a colleague who just started a business. That colleague lands in the firm’s CRM as a lead tagged Referral, ready for a personal follow-up, and the firm’s Channel automation adds a note so the team knows where the introduction came from.

### It Will Not Embarrass You

###### Safeguards That Protect the Relationship

##### 🎫No Ask During an Open Ticket

##### 💸No Ask While an Invoice Is Overdue

##### 📅90 Days Before Asking Again

##### 🔁One Reminder, Then It Stops

##### 📝Every Skip Explains Itself

The safeguards come switched on: 90 days before asking the same person again, one reminder after 3 days, a stop after 2 unanswered asks, and no ask while a support ticket is open or an invoice is overdue. Three automations firing at once still produce one ask. Working hours are available if you want them, and every skipped ask records its reason in plain words.

For example, a law practice’s client has an open support ticket about a document when the matter closes. The automation fires, but no ask goes out. When the office manager later wonders why that client never heard from the firm, she opens the ask in Activity and reads the reason: skipped because of an open support ticket.

6

### Email, Text or Portal

###### Reach Clients Where They Actually Look

##### 📧Email From Your Domain

##### 📱Text Messages From Automations

##### 🖥️Portal Notices

##### 🧱A Reputation Ask Block for Portal Pages

##### 🔗The Same Branded Page Every Time

An automation can deliver the ask by email, by text message or as a notice in the client’s portal, and every road leads to the same branded page. Texts follow the platform’s texting rules: with managed SMS, they go only to United States numbers whose owners opted in to automated texts, never at night in the client’s time zone. A Reputation Ask block on a Portal Page also invites signed-in clients who haven’t answered yet, with no email sent.

For example, a wellness coaching practice whose clients rarely open email sends its ask by text after each completed appointment. Its client portal also carries a Reputation Ask block, which disappears once a client has answered, so nobody is asked twice.

### One Workspace, Honest Numbers

###### See What Happened, Decide What Goes Public

##### 🗂️Responses, Channels and Activity

##### ✅A Needs a Decision Queue

##### 📦Publish Up to 50 at Once

##### 📜A Full History

##### 📊Taps Never Counted as Reviews

Responses, Channels and Activity live in one three-column workspace that works on a laptop or a phone. Needs a Decision lets you Publish, Hide, Correct or Delete one response at a time or up to 50 at once, with a History of who did what. The Overview counts asks sent, taps through, responses, published recommendations and referrals, plus a 30-day response rate. A tap to a review site is never counted as a review, and there is no star average.

For example, a bookkeeping firm’s office manager opens Needs a Decision on Monday morning, publishes the week’s best recommendations together, and hides the one with a typo until it’s corrected. Those recommendations are ready for the next proposal the same day.

### Conclusion

###### Turn Quiet Delight Into Proof With the Reputation Power-Up

The Reputation Power-Up makes sure your best clients are asked at the moment they’re happiest, and makes sure what they say belongs to you. Asks go out by themselves when work finishes, happy clients reach your review sites, recommendations and referral form, unhappy clients reach you privately, and every testimonial comes with the client’s permission and chosen credit, ready for your Portal Pages, Dashboard and Proposals. It’s careful by default, honest in its numbers, and entirely in your brand, with no third-party account to connect. 🌟

###### COMING SOON

#### **Ask at the Right Moment, Every Time**

After release, the Reputation Power-Up will be $40/month. Once released, SuiteDreams customers get it included automatically.

### FAQ

#### Will this pester my clients?

It is built to under-ask. One reminder and then it stops, 90 days before the same person is asked again, and no ask at all while a client has an open support ticket or an overdue invoice.

#### My clients wouldn’t leave a public review. Is this still useful?

Yes. The same page offers a Written Recommendation you publish yourself as a testimonial, a referral form and private feedback. A review site is one option among several.

#### Does this help me hide bad reviews?

No, and it can’t. It asks how it went before showing any review button, so an unhappy client reaches a private form first and you hear them first. Nothing stops a client from posting publicly, because the Power-Up never touches the review sites. You can switch the question off, and then every client sees all your Channels.

#### Do I need to connect my Google or Facebook account?

No. There is no account to link and no third-party permission screen. Paste your review link into a Channel and you’re set.

#### Can I offer it to my own client accounts?

Not in this release. Each company needs its own Reputation Power-Up, and a reseller’s purchase does not cover its client accounts.

#### I’m on SuiteDreams. Do I need to buy this?

No. Once this Power-Up is released, SuiteDreams customers get it included automatically: it’s in their account and active, ready to go. They don’t need to buy it.
