To be able to switch forms on and off (like you can on Google Forms) so you can stop the form accepting submissions if you want to. Great for forms you might use occasionally for a specific purpose (e.g. competition) but don't need them active all the time
Ideally you have fewer required fields by Suitedash or customize which fields are required. We have clients that do not want to collect First Name, Last Name as it could be PHI if tied to details like their health information. As of now you require collection of First Name, Last Name and Email. You do have the ability to change the name of one of the fields on the external facing form but when the information comes in, you can't customize the field name. So for example, I changed "Last Name" to "Phone Number" but when the phone number is submitted by the person it is stored in the "Last Name" field.Ideally you can change the field type name and value internally and externally.
Didn’t see any type of security field for forms we can embed into our sites. This would be helpful against spam. ReCaptcha is preferred, but if that isn’t possible due to it being embedded, then even the math one like you have on this feature request page would be something.
Collecting and collating data through forms is a great solution, however the more data points that are collected for use within as dynamic data the profile becomes quite large and significant against the profile. To solve the issue a tab can be created with custom data for use. The page can be wider so the questions and answers/results can be seen rather than part of a 3 column profile summary page
It would be nice to have an option for different contact types to choose between different appointment types that are configured with different durations and be able to choose between them within 1 Intake Form.
The E-Sign that is currently available in the Onboarding Flow does not contain an electronic record and does not allow for a countersign. It would be great to be able to start the Onboarding Flow with a legit contract with an electronic record and countersign. And additionally, I'm not sure if this is currently possible, but being able to direct that completed contract (and forms from that Flow) to the client files instead of having to retrieve them from Flow submissions.
