I wish to allow for a contact within a company to update the company info regarding custom fields?
For example, I have a company with a Google Business and Facebook account.
I wish to allow the client associated with the company to be able to update the various custom fields for the company.
It doesn't make sense to me to have those fields pertaining to the company as a whole residing in the various clients since they would all have different and unique non-business Facebook or Google accounts.
One of the reasons I got Suitedash was that I thought I would be able to handle subscriptions and my clients would be able to do this also. For quitting other services, this has to be improved a lot.- Pull in subscriptions from Stripe.
- Add new plans from SD synced with Stripe.
- Use SD invoicing system only (invoices, reminders etc)
- Clients can start/cancel/upgrade/downgrade subscriptions in the client portal
- From a technical view, there's probably more that could be done.As far as I know, it can all be done with Stripe API.I would like to see the need for Gocardless, Chargebee etc. go away, they would make Suitdash real one-stop portal for any online business.
Separate "Other Info" sections that users can update from inside their profiles based on where the info was originally sourced from. For example, a heading "intake form 1" then the fields for that form, "intake for 2," if applicable, etc. Ideally, only the forms that a user has filled out would appear. Lastly, we'd like to have an option to be notified when a user updates one of these fields, and which one they updated.
To prevent double data entry, I would like to be able to create tasks in a proposal. Then, once the proposal is approved, a project is automatically created and they automatically become tasks of the project (with the ability to add more tasks to it). This would help with work flow and data entry.
It would be helpful if there is an easy way for a client to print out an "Account Statement" showing all payments within a given time period (editable by client) as well as default options for "Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Current Year, Previous Year). A lot of clients need this info for taxes - not sure if something like this is already possible in SuiteDash? IT would be a reports tool for the clients to use.
It would be helpful to add an option to write the time for a given note (with a quick link or check box to add current TimeStamp to it). This would got next to the Date of the note - this would really help with multiple notes on a given day.
It would be great (maybe similar to notes) to have a place not visible to the Client, but where we can put in Login and password info the client gives us for a variety of things:Hosting Accounts / FTP Servers / Website Logins/etc. This would definitely need to be a secured area (maybe require user to enter their password again to view) as it would be holding sensitive info.
Would be great if you could have multiple contacts (or simply CC an email) on an invoice. It selects the primary contact of a company right now, a lot of companies have multiple users or emails that should receive an invoice such as someone from billing/accounting as well as the contact you work with.
Company First mode sends contract, proposals, invoices etc to the same person. It would be great to have the ability to have 'Departmental Contacts' i.e. Invoices go to accounts, Contracts go to Legal, proposals go to Primary Contact etc by default, with the ability to overide on a case by case basis/
