Time Tracking & Billing
- Allow users to track of how much time they are spending on a particular task, project, or job, in either automatic or manual fashion, and then easily convert those completed Timers into billable ‘Items” that can be added directly to new or existing Estimates, Invoices, Recurring Profiles, or Accumulating Profiles..
- Easily bill clients at an hourly rate based on actual work hours, with the option for different custom rates for each team member, and automatically add those hours to an Invoice or Estimate.
- Timers provide an easy and intuitive way to keep track of time spent on ‘on-the-go’ tasks like client conference calls, work lunches, and so on.
- Only Admins and Managers are able to add Timers to Estimates/Invoices, ensuring that clients are only billed when the time is right.
