    Zapier integration is outstanding, however, pricing is prohibitive vs the price of a stand-along suitedash subscription.Integration with Integromat would facilitate interconnection with many other apps, which is valuable for businesses that have an existing workflow. Zapier + integromat would cover 90% of connections with other apps without the need to build & support a dedicated API for each.This would add value to suitedash and provide an easier transition for businesses that already have an existing set of tools (activecampaign, woocommerce/shopify for instance)

    Usually in the invoice i give the possibilities to the clients to pay in more steps.I use installment payments collecting the total paid in small parts in a fixed period of time .For example 20% at the sign, then 40% after 90 days, and 40% after 180 days with number of installments, percentage and number of days variables.I suggest this feature and to add in a a calendar with all the expiring date showed and maybe a system to send remainder to the client.

And teach our staff how to close sales from the recordings. Also add txt and voicemail drops into the automated follow ups. Currently using Salesmate.io and in the past close.io to do this and it has transformed my agency. But I would prefer to switch to you guys. I love your vision.

    We have the ability to tweak colors and logos and such.We also have the ability to change the image associated with the login screen. However, we are only allowed to add one image. As it stands the image rotates and changes with each refresh of the login screen. I realize we don't want to overwhelm the user with image searching to create their signature style, but i do think the users would appreciate the ability to offer a unique experience for their clients to help keep it a fresh experience for them.We wouldn't need a ton of image slides but maybe 3 to 5 could be good.i realize it's low on the totem pole but it could offer another customizable option for the creatives on the client side to help them establish their visual message.

    In order to provide a full white-label experience, there should be the ability to change the name of roles (in order to fit many more different industries) the same way we can change the name of pages.Also, implementation of dynamic fields so that they match the name of the pages on the menu.For example, if I change the name menu from 'Projects' to 'Applications' or 'Estimates' to 'Quotes' the rest of the platform continues to use the native labels.Which can confide clients when the menu says one thing, but then notification emails and section has a different label.

    Some clients prefer to pay directly via bank transfer (and can set their own standing orders). Having this, even as a tick box on invoices, would be helpful.For now I have added our company bank account details in the text of the invoice, but it would be useful to have it as an additional gateway option so that we can properly track and manage payments.I don't use QuickBooks (and am keeping fingers crossed for Xero integration) but adding something to include these payments would make life easier.

    Currently, SuiteDash is limited to using only its predefined tables, like contacts, events, deals, invoices, etc... We can create custom fields within each table, but imagine the power of being able to create custom tables to store any type of data. This would be the ultimate in flexibility, as it would allow us to use SuiteDash to create industry-specific applications.Custom tables would function similarly to the built-in tables, except all the fields would be custom fields, you could create as many custom tables as you want, and you could link them together using key fields. The data stored in custom tables would be visible to staff members via a tab in the CRM.On the client side, we could specify which tables are visible to clients and SuiteDash would automatically create a page for each table, displaying the data in a grid format, with one row for each record. When a client clicks on a row, it would open the detailed view for that row either in a new page or in an overlay. We should be able to specify which fields will appear in the grid and which fields will appear in the detail view. We could optionally give clients the ability to edit their records , delete records, or create new records, either from within SuiteDash or from an external form or widget.For example, suppose you're a real estate agent and you have property listings on your website. Each listing could have a "Favorite" button that would be created by embed code generated by SuiteDash. When a user clicks on the Favorite button, it would automatically add the information for that property to his "My Properties" table in SuiteDash. If he doesn't have a SuiteDash account, it would prompt him to create an account the first time he clicks on the button. He could then login to SuiteDash and view all the properties he favorited and remove any ones he no longer wants.     I really need something similar to 17Hats / Dubsado / Tave, etc. Basically you input your SMTP info and incoming client emails are saved to them, and you can also send outgoing email. The fact that clients get a message that they have a message is less than ideal and is going to lead to lots of stuff falling through the cracks. Plus it adds steps to my workflow and takes more time rather than simplifying and saving time.

    It would be nice to be able to get around the interface quicker. For example, when I'm viewing a project, I'd like to click on the client name to go to their CRM record. Same with if I'm viewing a message from them. Right now I have to click on CRM > Contacts > NAME. Adding links to most things so you can quick-jump to the appropriate thing would make everything a lot easier to navigate.

    We have prospects automatically setup via Zapier whenever someone messages us on our messaging platform. Later, if these prospects decide to signup, they are unable to do so because SuiteDash tells them that their email address is already taken. I suggest removing this restriction, and automatically upgrading (merging/overwriting) prospects as clients when they register with a client form. Hope this makes sense 🙂

    In terms of its feature set, SuiteDash is the most comprehensive business management tool I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately, the UI/UX is extremely dated.Most actions require a full page reload, which is slow and inefficient. The themes also look old fashioned. Mr Clean is the most modern-looking theme, but even that theme looks dated. The entire platform needs to be re-implemented on a modern UI framework like React or Angular.I’d also like to mention that the responsive mobile UI is quite buggy. It doesn’t seem like a desktop UI that was adapted to mobile, rather than a mobile-first UI, that all modern apps are built for. For example, on many mobile pages, it’s possible to scroll horizontally, revealing a huge empty space to the right of the content. This shouldn’t happen and it looks unprofessional.

    At the moment, when a client logs into my portal, he/she does not see notifications on the bell icon at top right. I know clients do get email notifications, but I think being able to see all notifications from the bell (as well as via emails) will be a great feature.Let's say a client receives 5 notification emails, but not have the time to deal with them there and then. He/she can make a mental note that there are outstanding "stuff" to deal with. Then when logged in later, will only have to click the bell to see everything listed there, instead of having to remember what those 5 emails refer to.

    The biggest weakness of SuiteDash is that it’s isolated from native desktop and mobile apps, requiring users to login to the web app to receive notifications and communicate with staff members and clients. This is inefficient and inconvenient.I understand that due to the white labeling feature, it’s not possible to create a native SuiteDash mobile app. The solution is to integrate with Telegram and Slack. It’s easy to create a Telegram bot, so each company could have its own bot. The bot would enable users to receive notifications, manage projects and tasks and communicate with staff members and clients using a native desktop or mobile app.To get an idea of how this could work, check out Re: plain, which is a website live support chat that’s built entirely on Telegram. It doesn’t even have a web UI, because all functions take place inside of Telegram. I’m certainly not suggesting that you abandon your web UI, but you could easily create a Telegram and Slack UI that would duplicate most or all of the web functionality within these native apps.

    Currently using Zapier we can ask Twilio to take an action such as send SMS when new prospect/client is signed up via intake form of SuiteDash. We would love to have SuiteDash support 2 way communication within SuiteDash so we are able to send SMS to prospect/client and see SMS received from prospect/client within SuiteDash. This will allow us to have more connected communication channel with our clients to communicate important/urgent issues quickly via SMS.

Plus, includes payment reminderes, and "quickbooks payments" (Via ACH, with no fees).     So we run in Company First mode, thus our clients are companies with a primary contact, but could also have multiple other users. I know with dynamic data and custom fields those have to be 'contacts' but I want the company to have those information.This data needs to be with the company not the user. If the Principle gets replaced, the data would need to be stored on the company not the user. Otherwise it would get very messy having to update all users dynamic data when updating company info.

    Many clients upload files on their assigned tasks instead of using the Files function because it feels intuitive to them. In doing so though, there is no way for me to download all files at once, so I have to manually review and save each one. Having to put a price in the work request items is probably going to confuse some people because it will just be $0. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to edit work request items when rates change as opposed to have to make a new item.

    So, right now if you use the FLOW step of esign document, what gets saved as the FLOW data is just the signature image. There's no record of what was actually signed. This is useless. The client has no record of what was signed off on. I have no record of what was signed off on. Just some nebulous thing was signed.Additionally, it would be nice to have that document get saved to the client profile so it's centrally available and we don't have to dig around trying to find the client's contracts and stuff.

    I just realized that the SuiteDash system didn't allow for this and now I'm bummed.I need to embed a calendar on my website for people that aren't prospects or clients to be able to schedule an appointment with me.For instance, they may have stumbled across my website, but before they sign on as a client they would like to schedule an appointment to meet with me and see if we're a good fit for them.Right now, only prospects and clients can schedule appointments and they can only do so when logged into the portal.This is too much friction. We need to be able to embed a calendar right on the website to make it easy for anyone to schedule an appointment. Dubsado and Acuity allow for this. Why not SuiteDash?

    Files that cannot be previewed, such as Word and Excel files, still have a link to see a preview when hovering over. When a client clicks on that link, they get a full-screen, unbranded message that says, "Sorry, preview not available." It does not say why the preview is not available, so they will likely make this mistake over and over.It is not a good client experience.The fix is simple; add some logic so that if a file is of a format that is not preview-able, there is no link to preview.

I know we can get one when they upload a file, but not when they download from our share folder. We want to know which catalogs are more used and track if they clients are really buying items or just browsing.     It would be great if you could customize menus by circle. Have an new-client circle, for instance, that only shows a very basic level of navigation. Then once they complete a particular flow, it moves them to full client status and the full menu opens up for them. And yes, I realize that you can create an onboarding flow, but requiring someone to fill out a CRM update form and sign a contract when you're still at the estimate / quote stage doesn't really work for a lot of businesses.

So I will convert a few at a time and it's happened in the past where I thought I already converted a work request to only realize later on I skipped it and missed the deadline for that project.     Ideally I would like to send a welcome email once a prospect becomes a client. As of now if I import my leads I am unable to talk with them inside the system unless they have an account. (Same for existing clients). Example if before I sent you this email... How would you respond if you got an email saying can you login here first to read the email message I want to send you? and you are just a prospect at this point.If i talk with you on another platform... you become a customer...and then I create you an account none, of my previous conversations are transferred over to the crm either.It's seems difficult to communicate with someone unless they have an account even by watching videos on marketing emails it's more of just send out but do not any two way communication.It would be great to send out emails to members that do not currently have an account then we can create an account as needed

For meeting room reservations, include the ability to set maximum capacity for each room and track maximum capacity throughout an entire facility.For example: Suppose you had 1 building with a fire department set maximum capacity of 100.     It would be great to get some sort of drag and drop builder for forms. Currently you have to select the field type from a dropdown list and then edit the name and then edit the options one by one. This takes a lot of time and would reduce time spent significantly.

    I need to be able to link a single contact to multiple companies. I am using SuiteDash in Company First Mode as I have many clients that have multiple "accounts" with me. So I need to be able to create a separate company for each account and then assign the same contact(s) to each company. Therefore, multiple companies might have the same primary contact. I then need to be able to assign a flow to a specific company rather than a contact. Also, many times there are two contacts for one company. I need to assign an update form to a company so that either contact can complete the update form for the company. Hopefully there is a good workflow for all of this because this will make SuiteDash the perfect solution for my business.

    It would be great to have a date format that works for all countries. I work with international clients, so both dd-mm-yyyy and mm-dd-yyyy formats can create confusion and ambiguity to clients. For example, 07-08-2020 could mean 07 August to UK clients, and 08 July to US clients.What I really want is for the month to be spelled out, like 07-Aug-2020, which will be totally unambiguous for all countries.There is currently a 2020-08-07 format, which will do for me for now. But 07-Aug-2020 format would be ideal.

    I disabled the Dashboard for all roles, except for Admin, because I wanted to use "Pages" to serve as the Starting Page after a client/prospects login. The ability to create "Category/Menu Group" in Pages and to assign it as "Start Page" makes Pages better than the Dashboard to create "Start Here", "Step 1", "Step 2", "Step 3" etc. for clients to follow.In Menu Item, I edited the name of "Pages" to "Start Here" and moved it to the second row but the change was only visible to me the Admin, not to my client. My client still sees "Pages" (Not "Start Here") at the bottom (Not at the top) of her Menu Item client portal.For "Pages", please make "Manage Visibility" possible for other roles, especially for Clients, Prospect, Circles, Teammate. When clients login, the first thing they see is the assigned "Start Page", but it's confusing to clients when the Admin is unable to Edit the Page Name and position it to the top of the Menu Item for easy navigation. Unfortunately, the ability to Edit Page Name & moving it to the preferred row is only viewable to Super Admin & Admin, which limits & lacks flexibility for other roles. Please make Pages "Manage Visibility" more flexible for other roles.Liz at SuiteDash suggest I use "Customize the Menu", however "the new link (custom) won't show the "Category/Menu Group & Menu Title" and won't be as neatly organized as the dynamic pages menu.Please add Page "Manage Visibility" to include options for other roles (Client, Prospects, Class).Thank you!

Microsoft teams has this feature and it rocks. Sure you can collaborate on Google sheets but some people like Excel more than Google sheets. This would make it possible to use different custom fields for different types of clients, without fields cluttering up the client record when they're not applicable to that client.Additionally, I'd like to be able to associate a form with one or more Circles, so when a client submits a lead form for a specific service, it would automatically add the client to the Circle or Circles pertaining to that service. When adding custom fields to a form, it would only make available the generic custom fields plus any fields associated with the selected Circle. Any fields associated with other Circles would not show up in the custom field selection list.For example, suppose you're a real estate agent who handles both residential and commercial real estate. On the lead intake form, the data you need to collect for a residential client would be completely different from the data that you'd collect from a commercial client. In this example, we'd assign all the residential fields to one circle and all the commercial fields to a different circle. Then, we could create separate intake forms for each. When creating the form, we'd assign it to either the residential or commercial Circle and it would make available the fields corresponding to its assigned Circle. Finally, in residential client records, all the commercial fields would be hidden and vice versa.

For example, if a client desired to schedule a consultation with a user, before they could submit their scheduling request, they would have to fill-in whatever form the user has assigned to that appointment scheduler. I offer one-our consultations for clients that need quick assistance. When I am able to ask some questions in advance (through a form attached to a scheduling request), I can prepare better for a consultation and maximize the time I have with the client.     I know that other users have requested web hooks, but I'd like to take it a step further.I propose adding a new Flow action called "HTTP Request". This would send data to an external API, then receive a response from the API and update the client record with the received data. To configure the action, you'd enter the URL you want to call, along with the fields you want to pass to the URL.The action would submit the HTTP request, either as a GET, POST or JSON POST (configurable). It would then receive the response as a JSON object and update the client record with the data contained in the JSON object.For example, suppose you want to link a SuiteDash client record to a corresponding client record in an external database. The purpose would be to allow the client to view data from the external database on a custom page within his SuiteDash portal.With this Flow action, we could submit an "Add Client" request to the external application. The external application would create the client record and pass back the customer ID and a secret key in the response JSON. These would be stored in custom fields in the client record.In the custom portal page, we'd add an iFrame that uses Dynamic Data Placeholders to insert the customer ID and secret key for that client into the iFrame URL query string. This would then log the user into the external application and display the application inside the iFrame. Alternatively, you could use Javascript to render the external application directly to the portal page, without using an iFrame.This would allow SuiteDash to integrate with any custom application, displaying the application in a SuiteDash portal page.

    It would be very helpful if there was a bar showing details of the active time tracker—or some other ever-present indication that time tracking is active. If there were multiple time trackers active, it could just show a message stating "Multiple timers are active. Click here to see all active timers.". The bar could be at the top or bottom of the screen, and visible on every page. This way we could readily know if there is a active time tracking going on or now. When no timer is active, the bar is hidden. This would be of great help to me! Thanks!

    When a reseller adds a new client account, reseller is forced to use the Pinnacle account always. While the "unlimited" capabilities of this plan is great, it would be great if we can limit the number of features allowed in the account. We have 3 packages for clients and each package gives them access to a certain number of features. We are looking to go further by setting a maximum # of records per feature. For example, set a limit on the # of projects, contacts, portals, etc for a specific account. This will go a long way to incentivize the client to upgrade to a higher unlimited plan.

    Tags are already a SuiteDash feature.However, let's say you add a tag called "New-Customer" to 20 of our customers in the CRM.But you decided you would rather this tag be called "New-Client."Right now, the only way to change it on all 20 clients is to edit each one individually, delete the "New-Customer" tag and add the new "New-Client" tag. There is no way to rename the "New-Customer" tag to "New-Client" so that it applies to all 20 clients.In my eyes, this makes the tag feature unusable. I keep my data organized and structured. Without the ability to centrally manage tags, making any edits to tags is painful manual labor that takes a lot of time.

    Currently, the header for invoices that are sent to clients using the generated link (without being logged in) use the color of your buttons as a background with the logo in front of it.For users that have customized the branding of their portal to be built around a black logo with light colored backgrounds it just looks bad.This background should draw it's color from the Sidebar Logo Background under Platform Branding that users have already verified looks good with their logo rather than from a generated color that is based off of their main background color.This change should be easy to make and would result in an improvement of SuiteDash's UI.

As is, I would have to assign the role of Admin to a CSR rep to do so.     I've a huge problem using timers. My team and business is growing and using Tasks and Timers is an important part of daily business. What am I missing? There is no chance to get an easy overview of tracked time so far. At least I could not find any.It's a mess. I need an easy way to oversee tracked time. At least exporting all timers to CSV would give me a minimum of a solution.Even the creation of invoice from timers is not complete. Whether the Project name nor the related task name is taken to the invoice. If I add timers to an accumulating invoice profile, I have to add these informations to the item description manually all the time. Counterproductive — don't you agree?I can see a bright future for SD if it implements its features very solid and not just to have it on the feature list.Sorry if that sounds a little harsh. It is sad to see that SuiteDash gives away so much potential.     Any uploaded attachments my clients upload are saved into the form folder for them. However the answers (in pdf form for example) is not. I have to go to the form itself select submissions, select client and then download the pdf to hav ethe answers available. Then I have to go into that clients folders and upload the pdf to have it stored in their files. I can't even store it in their form folder, because only attachments they upload can be placed there, so it's a mess. What would be great is if when an existing client fills out a form, the uploaded attachments AND the form answers (in pdf maybe) are also available to view quickly in that forms folder in their folders account automatically. I take client measurements and having to do all those steps is a big pain at this point. Anotehr option would be to offer another block in their profile that could have the fields I need, but that isn't a part of their standard client info... Thanks!

    Hi thereI wonder if it is possible to add some bulk action settings to the client files management section. Awesome, if you could set a recurring folder deletion time frame, e.g. 3 months. Thus all client folders (plus the respective files in these folders) would be deleted automatically after e.g. 3 months have passed since the folder has been created. This would help to unclutter huge client folder portfolios and save some broadband. Plus admins would not have to do it manually... which is quite some work if you have hundreds or thousends of clients.Is such a feature on the dev road map? If not, could you please add it. I would super much appreciate it... 🙂

    We should have the ability to edit timer records at any time. When working on a project, you need to keep track of all your time. However, you may want to edit the title or change the time before billing. Currently, the only options are to delete or bill the time. I can think of no instance where time records are not reviewed and adjusted prior to billing. Please add this capability to make tracking time functional for billing.

    We were super excited to see the new proposal process added to the platform. It will be very helpful to our business. One efficiency that we would ideally like to see added is the ability to import Word or Google docs as a page that we can add into the templates, since we have agreements that are already formatted that we utilize. It is very time-consuming to copy a document into the current template area but then have to spend quite a bit of time fixing the formatting. i.e. (none of the spacing or bold words in our original document carried over.) I have attached a copy of the document as an example.
