Can we please have an Assign Flow button on the individual contact pages in the CRM? I hate having to go back out to the full CRM list to then click on Options to assign a FLOW. Everything in that Options menu should be a button on the individual pages.
It would be very helpful to automate my workflow more by adding Contract Profiles, just like Project and Invoice Profiles. This way, I could have a Contract Template drawn up automatically for a Contact after they complete a FLOW or other Actionable activity.
It would be helpful to have an Action at the end of a FLOW that could mark a task as Complete for a contact. Also, we could then remove the ability for the contact to mark tasks as complete so they would have to go through a FLOW or do another task to mark it as complete. Less babysitting on our part.
Here is another idea for a Dashboard Widget. A small snapshot of the Calendar would be great. To make it even better, if the Contact could change the view between upcoming, weekly and monthly views, it would be perfect!
Having more options to customize the main client dashboard would be great, especially when it comes to project progress. Having individual windows that link to projects and show the pie chart on the main dashboard could make that page more useful.
There are times when I would like the completion of a FLOW or Form to mark a task as complete to remove another thing for my client or myself to do. This way finishing a FLOW or Form could adjust the progress of a project as well.
