    I as the Super Admin messaged a staff member who was unable to message me back. Everyone should be able to message everyone within an organization. or at the very least give me the ability to authorize who can and who cannot.

    Impersonating

    Would like to be able to designate who can impersonate. Currently only Super admin and admin can impersonate. So that a CSR has the ability to impersonate while on the phone with a client. As is, I would have to assign the role of Admin to a CSR rep to do so. And with Admin being the second most powerful role, makes no sense to to give CSRs the ability to see across the entire platform.

    - Integration with Phone Systems (to bring up client info when call comes in automatically) also - the ability to search a client by phone number. (Call comes in, may have been a missed call, type into search and pull client up)

    Lead, Prospect, Client...Should be able to generate reports showing the how many leads converted to a prospect and how many prospects converted to a client. (By Number and Percentage) (Daily, weekly, monthly, or any time period selected, also by Role/Rep). Show effectiveness of a campaign or salesperson.

    - Possibly add the first sentence or two of any note to make searching them easier (for reference purposes). As is now, only can see the header and would have to click in each one in order to possibly reference a previous convo.

    - Super Admin should have access (see) to all events and task. Either in My Calendar or a separate company calendar. - Also would be nice to be able to assign someone who may be able to see this as well.As it is currently, there is no way to ensure or confirm that events and tasks are handled in a timely manner.

    After editing a contact, we are typically kicked back out to the main contact list page. Would be nice to stay in that particular contact's profile.

    Reporting Window Efficiency

    In the Reporting Stream, we should be able to click on any one of the Cards and see just those. For example, if I have 9 prospects in the reporting page, I should be able to click on the 9 Prospects Card and see the 9 prospects.
