I'm using Work Requests for design request and website support requests. I don't always need to convert the request to an estimate or an invoice, because the client is paying a subscription fee already.I'd like to be able to review the work request and then convert it to a task. Even better would be to automate converting a work request to a task.
When building forms I often need to reuse a field with no or minor modifications. For example, an html block for a horizontal rule or a design feedback dropdown field.It would be really helpful if we could create a field once then duplicate it rather than having to recreate it from scratch multiple times.
I like that SuiteDash allows multiple contacts, and the ability to assign a primary contact.For some of my clients, however, someone else is responsible for paying and invoice. It would be helpful to be able to assign someone as the billing contact so that invoices will go to that person by default.
