    The ability to assign and track your team's goals. i.e. Make 25 sales calls a week, 5 posts on socialThat team member can add in how many calls the made that week, it would track on a team dashboard and we would know instantly who amongst our team is meeting their KPIs and who is not.

    I would love the ability to drag and drop to re-organize my project tasks. You can do it when you create a template but not when you add tasks in a current project.
